Listen to IBMS podcasts

There are now three IBMS podcasts available for members, which can be used for CPD.

Each episode features experts from the field discussing their research and talking about the latest developments.

The January episode is an interview with esteemed haematologist Barbara Bain and covers everything from her formative years, to her major achievements and her passion for art. The first episode covers point-of-care testing and a new IBMS qualification.

The second podcast looks into the potential for snail slime in the creation of new antibiotics and features a scientific look at oral hygiene, from a microbiology perspective.

For more information and to access the podcasts, which are released at the same time as the magazine, visit ibms.org/resources/podcasts/ibms-biopods
